MS Dynamics - Functional consultant/Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will be working with customers’ cross-functional users like technical, business and management to understand their strategy, and identify their requirements.
• Implement, maintain, and support the solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Ability to create high-quality functional documentation (like FRD, FDD, TDD) and must have strong
• requirements gathering skills.
• Conducting business process analysis and creating Fit-Gap documents.
• Creating presentable documents like PPT and Visio workflows on functional requirements, design and
• process engineering etc.
• Conducting solution testing and assisting end users with UAT.
• Ability to conduct training.
• Working with all phases of the SDLC process
• Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers.

Mandatory qualifications and skills:

• Intern CA, CA, MBA, and relevant qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of users, including C-level.
• Experience in ERP or CRM implementation. Minimum 2.
• Requirement gathering and solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Industry understanding of manufacturing/BFSI
• Test case preparation.
• Self-Starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shift priorities
• Working experience on Dynamics 365 products like F&O, BC or CRM would be highly desired.
