We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate – Mobile Application Developer with expertise in React Native, iOS, and Android development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in mobile application development and a strong background in the finance, real estate and retail industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing mobile applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development technologies.
• Ensure mobile applications meet performance, security, and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Mobile Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React Native development.
• Hands-on experience with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) development is an advantage.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and libraries.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Firebase, or Azure.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux.
• Experience working with GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
