Mobile App Developer

Overview

We are looking to hire a talented Mobile App Developer with a focus on developing highly interactive, user-friendly Android/iOS applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and will be part of a full-stack creative team responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from initial specification through to developing, testing, and launching. This role includes maintaining the core product software and databases, ensuring strong optimization and functionality, and following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop highly interactive, user-friendly Android/iOS applications.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Follow industry best practices.
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
• Update and alter application features to enhance performance.
• Troubleshoot application and code issues.
• Participate in the full mobile application development lifecycle.
• Deliver projects on time and ensure they meet business requirements.
• Provide production support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of mobile applications.
• Work both independently and as part of a team on multiple projects.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
• Develop highly interactive, user-friendly Android/iOS applications.
• Manage Flutter (Android, iOS) application development. Experience with Flutter plugin and using native SDK via Flutter.
• Solid understanding of iOS development in Objective-C/Swift for iOS developer candidates.
• Solid understanding of Android development in Java/Kotlin for Android developer candidates.
• Prefer developers with experience in cross-platform mobile application development (e.g., React Native, Ionic).
• Familiar with common third-party libraries and APIs. Experience in RESTful APIs to connect Android and iOS applications to backend services.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including publishing mobile apps on App Store/Google Play.
• Experience with version control such as Git and SourceTree.
• Strong knowledge of Android/iOS UI design principles and patterns.
• Experience in push notification services.
• Understanding of CI/CD software development environments.
• Experience in agile development teams, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other developers and stakeholders.
• Good English communication skills.
• Additional API development is preferred.
