App Developer - iOS, Android & Flutter

Mission MPS are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and ambitious junior app developer to work at our development studio in Ahmedabad.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing software company and develop apps for both iOS and Android. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years’ software development experience in a company, keen to move their career forward, learn more and earn more. You must be living in Ahmedabad at the moment and as we are an international company you must have excellent written and spoken English.

You will be involved in the ongoing development of our products, working with our head of apps on two exciting global projects. We have standardised on Flutter, iOS, Firebase, Sync fusion for the development of our Android/iOS apps.

Requirements:

Skills Required:

• 2 years of working professional experience in app development.
• Bachelors /Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Flutter, API’s, Controls, UI design etc.
• Strong knowledge of Notifications, IDE’s, Android Studio.
• Experience with API development, offline storage and threading.
• Familiarity with SQL Server or any other relational database.
• Knowledge of Firebase, PWA, Azure DevOps will be beneficial
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Extremely good Excel, Word, HTML and other common office applications.
• Experience with submitting apps to stores and getting approval.
• Exposure to professional working methodologies.
• API experience is essential.
• Experience of encryption, web security and security standards, firewalls.

Duties:

· Identify and solve errors, and discrepancies in the system.

• Support and maintenance of all applications.
• Work with multiple platforms. (Android, iOS and devices)
• Write clean, crisp, smart code.
• Get involved in the entire software development life cycle.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies.
• Strong problem solving, logic, and analytical skills.

Analyse tasks given to you, plan and carry out your work professionally and thoroughly test, debug, document your code efficiently, work as part of the team, follow project timelines and use our web helpdesk & tickets support system

Help with solution design, our test and demo environments, testing software fixes, delivering fixes and ensuring client satisfaction. Creating user guides, help content, website content, online play store content for your work.

You will be working full time at an office in Ahmedabad. Full training will be given on our software and the helpdesk systems. You are expected to spend 12 to 18 months doing intensive personal study and learning to improve your knowledge, understanding and ability, with regular progress testing to review how hard you are studying and whether you are progressing as we would expect.

Summary

Starting Salary ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 Rupees per month based on skills and experience. You will have 6 monthly reviews so there is great scope to advance in our organisation and increase your salary and benefits twice per year. The more you learn, the more you earn.

We include (fully paid) 15 days holiday per year and 10 Festival Holidays. You also get the 2nd and 4th Saturday off every month.

After one year, no weekend working.
