We are seeking a motivated and experienced MIS Coordinator to join our dynamic production team. This individual will play a key role in tracking and managing production projects, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing production efficiency using data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an effective MIS system to track and report the status of all ongoing production projects.
• Monitor project timelines, production schedules, and progress to ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with the production team, inventory, and procurement to ensure accurate data on material availability and production capacity.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, lead times, and project status.
• Provide real-time updates on project timelines and identify any potential delays or issues that could affect project completion.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather necessary data and insights for reporting and decision-making.
• Generate regular reports on production performance and project status, presenting these to management for review.
• Ensure all data is accurately entered, maintained, and updated in the system for future planning and analysis.
• Implement improvements in MIS processes to optimize production workflows and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in MIS or project management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes in the clothing or textile industry.
• Experience with production planning, project tracking, and monitoring timelines.
• Proficiency in using MIS tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insightful reports and dashboards.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, inventory, etc.) to gather and analyze data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or other production efficiency methodologies.
