- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams and large-scale projects.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Scrum@scale or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
