Application for QA & QC Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Supervisors – Gujarat Site

We are seeking a experienced QA & QC Engineer / Mechanical Engineer/Supervisors to oversee and implement quality assurance and quality control processes at our petrochemical industry site in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project deliverables meet company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role involves close coordination with project teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to maintain high-quality standards in Petrochemical.

· Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans and procedures/ quality inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards. Review and approve material test certificates (MTCs), welding procedures, and method statements.

· Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for quality control processes, including inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions.

· Monitor and verify welding, fabrication, piping, and civil works to meet quality requirements.

· Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and client representatives for quality checks and approvals.

· Identify and report non-conformities, suggest corrective actions, and ensure proper resolution.

· Provide training and guidance to project personnel on quality procedures and best practices.

· Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, API, ASTM, and other relevant industry standards.

· Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring all systems function as per quality requirements.

Qualification & Experience.

· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or relevant Engineering discipline.

· 2+ years of experience in all the abvoe roles within the Cement / Power / Alluminium petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.

· Strong knowledge of welding inspection, NDT techniques, material specifications, and fabrication standards.

· Certification in AWS-CWI, CSWIP, NACE, ASNT Level II (UT, RT, PT, MT)

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and specifications.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
