Key Respons

ibilities:
Test Execution: Perform manual testing on web applications, ensuring they meet functional, business re

quirements.
Test Case Design: Create, review, and maintain test cases and test scripts based on functional and business r

equirements.
Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects/bugs using test management tools. Collaborate with developers to reproduce and trouble

shoot issues.
Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing during each release cycle to ensure existing functionalities rema

in unaffected.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in UAT and assist stakeholders in understandin

g test results.
Test Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of test plans, cases, and results. Provide regular reports on testing progre

ss and outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality s

tandards are met.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in retrospectives to improve testing processes
