Job Description:

We are looking for a Manual Tester to join our dynamic team at LitSpark Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring software quality. If you have hands-on experience in manual testing and are ready to join immediately, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, and usability testing.
• Document test cases, results, and defects clearly and concisely.
• Ensure software meets business and functional requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on testing progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in manual testing.
• Good understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Trello, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to automation testing is a plus.
• Experience in API testing using Postman is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
