Manual Tester

Job Profile:

As a member of the team in the Healthcare domain, your primary job will be to verify and validate engineering applications.

This role doesn’t have work from option. Engineers should come to customer office at Whitefield because of the dependency with hardware systems.

The job also involves following

• Understanding the current working
• Leading the test management activities.
• Designing and developing test plan and test cases.
• Documentation of test reports and defect reports.
• Communication with the customer
• Timely delivery of design and development work

Required Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience in Verification and Validation of engineering applications preferably in healthcare domain.
• Experience in tools such as ALM, Clear Quest.
• Experience in designing and developing test plans, test cases and generating test reports, defect reports and documentation
• Experience in team management (task allocation, status report to next level managers)
• V& V planning and execution.
• Experience in error guessing techniques, Smoke, Functional, Integration, Regression, Beta, Database, Exploratory Testing etc.
• Experience in preparing effective bug reports using defect tracking system and tracking them to closure.
• Experience in Linux platform
• Ability to work productively and efficiently in an agile environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in testing of medical modality software, Medical Imaging platform in CT and MR platforms.
• Knowledge in Health Care Standards & regulations like DICOM, IHE, HIPPA
• Familiar with tools like WinScp, Putty, Rally, Perforce, etc.
