Key Responsibilities:
Understand product requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Execute manual test cases to identify defects and ensure product quality.
Perform functional, UI, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.
Report and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to improve testing processes.
Identify areas for automation and work with automation engineers to enhance test coverage.
Ensure that software releases meet the highest quality standards before deployment.
Key Skills & Experience:
3-4 years of experience in manual testing (web and mobile applications).
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
Experience in writing test cases, executing test plans, and identifying defects.
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman (added advantage).
Experience working with JIRA or other bug tracking tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
