Job Title: Manual QA Engineer
Location: Satna (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Fresher (Preferred: 3-6 months of technical internship experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA professional, you will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring high-quality product delivery. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for software testing, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure quality standards.
• Develop, execute, and document test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure that applications meet functional, performance, and usability standards.
• Conduct regression, functional, and usability testing.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on testability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
• Knowledge of defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of databases and writing SQL queries is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship experience in software testing or QA (3-6 months preferred).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and testing tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools will be an added advantage.
