Manual QA Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing methodologies, API testing, and enterprise application testing. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through rigorous testing across different layers, including backend APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual testing across various application modules to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
• Perform API testing with a focus on Web API and backend API validation .
• Conduct white-box and black-box testing to assess application reliability and security.
• Validate enterprise applications for stability, scalability, and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects to closure while collaborating with developers for resolution.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and system compatibility testing.

Required Skills:

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in manual testing .
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in API testing (Web API & backend API).
• Solid understanding of white-box and black-box testing techniques.
• Experience in enterprise application testing with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot defects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience with cloud-based applications is a plus.
