Job Description:
- Design and develop automated testing framework from scratch for a range of tightly integrated web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual functional and exploratory testing.
- Analyse, Write, and Execute test case scenarios using Python, Selenium/Playwright, and Behavioural-Driven-Development technique.
- Create and execute API tests using the Postman tool.
- Driving the software test strategy forward to reduce field-found defects and improve overall quality, security, and performance.
- Support team and ensure "First Time Right" delivery of the code, being a key team player.
Requirements:
- A Computer Engineering degree (B.E or B.Tech. or M.Tech.) from a reputed university.
- Must have 4+ years of experience in software testing, including complex modular platforms that are deployed in multiple regions around the world.
- You are an ISTQB Certified – Foundational Level.
- Experience of Behavioural-Driven-Development (BDD) or pytest or Hybrid framework.
- Proven scripting and programming skills to drive automation in our QA processes.
- Strong understanding of software development and testing lifecycle, principles, practices, processes, methods, techniques, and tools.
- Good knowledge of API testing, Performance testing, Security testing, Usability testing, etc.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, GIT, and continuous integration to enable continuous deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good problem-solving ability.
