Inviting applications for the role of Manager - UI/UX developer forE360
In this role, we are seeking a highly-motivated individual who possesses strong technical and analytical skills, with an understanding of the wholesale brokerage insurance industry preferred. The individual is expected to understand requirements, identify appropriate designs, code to the design specifications and complete relevant testing to ensure a quality solution delivery. Effective collaboration with the business users, IT, and various stakeholders is required.
Responsibilities
- Communication - Effective communication skills to articulate design concepts, present ideas to stakeholders, and collaborate with team members.
- Information Architecture - Organize and structure information in a logical and intuitive manner, making it easy for users to navigate and find what they need. Information architecture involves categorizing content, creating hierarchies, and designing navigation systems.
- Collaboration- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners throughout the design process
- Interactive Design - Designers create interactive prototypes and mockups to demonstrate how users will interact with the product. Interactive design involves adding functionality, transitions, and animations to prototypes to simulate the user experience.
- Prototyping – Use prototyping tools to create interactive prototypes that simulate the user experience.
- Time Management - Time effectively managed to meet project deadlines and deliverables. s.
- Usability Testing - To evaluate the effectiveness and usability of designs with real users. Usability testing helps identify usability issues, validate design decisions, and iteratively improve the user experience.
- User Experience - Prioritize the user experience, ensuring that designs are intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable for users through innovative ideas.
- Data Visualization - Ability to present complex data in an easily understandable and visually engaging manner. Experience in designing charts, graphs, and dashboard components that improve decision-making.
- Graphic Design Expertise - Strong grasp of typography, iconography, and layout principles to create visually compelling UI components.
UI/UX Designer's responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and developing navigation components.
- Evaluate and collect all user requirements and collaborate with product owners and BA.
- To illustrate design concepts, use sitemaps, process flows, and storyboards.
- Create graphic user interface elements such as tabs, widgets, and menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of graphic user interface elements.
- Create UI mockups and prototypes, demos that clearly show how sites work and look.
- Make unique graphic designs.
- Rough draughts should be prepared and presented to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve UX issues.
- Examine previous design feedback and briefs for new projects, and collaborate with the team.
- Investigate various topics, from the web or mobile usage analytics to trend spotting
- Work closely with the business team to translate requirements into user-centric designs and ensure seamless stakeholder communication.
- Design and refine dashboards with a focus on usability, efficiency, and aesthetics, ensuring a seamless experience for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure consistency in dashboard layouts and maintain a design system for reusable UI components.
- UI/UX designers use a variety of design tools and software to create mockups, prototypes, and final designs. Common design tools include Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Axure RP, and more.
- Proficiency in design systems, component libraries, and interactive prototyping within Adobe XD and Figma.

- Minimum Education: B.A. or B.S. degree in related subject area or equivalent experience
- Experience in UI/UX - Angular, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, NODE JS.
- Experience detailing technical requirements.
- Experience with AWS services S3, EC2
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Capability in architecture design, system evaluation, system analysis, and infrastructure assessment
- Be proficient in scripting image deployment and bootstrapping
- Superb communication, prioritization, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment
- Must be able to see opportunities for improvement, take ownership and closely work with the development team to drive product improvement
