We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in the field, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality machine learning models, statistical analysis, and data-driven insights. The role requires effective stakeholder management, clear communication, and a basic understanding of documentation.Key Responsibilities:

• Individual Contributor: Take full ownership of data science projects from inception to execution, working autonomously while collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data science requirements.
• Requirement Understanding & Output Presentation: Gather and analyze business requirements to develop innovative solutions; present clear and concise results to stakeholders.
• Basic Documentation: Document your processes, models, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing within the team and maintain consistency in workflows.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in Python and its libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.) for building and deploying machine learning models.
• Expertise in machine learning (ML) algorithms, statistical modeling, and model validation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning for managing end-to-end data science workflows.
• Experience with model deployment and monitoring on cloud platforms, particularly Azure.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries used for machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to present technical outputs to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, understandable manner.
• Basic documentation skills for tracking work processes and delivering project summaries.
