Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for various applications, such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare datasets for training, validation, and testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance and improve algorithms based on real-time data.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging AI technologies.
• Participate in peer code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring junior team members.
• Communicate complex AI/ML concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data science.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their ML services.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques like reinforcement learning or generative models.
• Experience with deployment and scaling of AI models in production environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
