Job Summary

As a Machine Learning Engineer at SproutsAI, you will design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable machine learning models for various applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems and stay updated with emerging trends in AI and deep learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for applications including predictive safety, content personalization, search, virtual assistant, and time series forecasting.
• Optimize and fine-tune models to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Preprocess and clean large datasets for model training.
• Integrate machine learning models into production systems using cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Develop robust pipelines for both real-time and batch predictions.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to understand business requirements and deliver end-to-end ML solutions.
• Document experimental findings, methodologies, and model performance clearly for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and deep learning and experiment with new techniques to enhance model performance.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python with experience using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and practical implementation methods.
• Experience with cloud computing and deploying scalable ML solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
