Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 5+ years of experience to work on cutting-edge projects in healthcare. As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that address real-world challenges in healthcare, such as predictive analytics, clinical decision support, medical image analysis, and patient outcome optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models tailored for healthcare applications.
• Work closely with data scientists, healthcare professionals, and product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimize models for scalability, performance, and deployment in real-world healthcare environments.
• Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines for processing large datasets, including clinical data, medical images, and patient records.
• Work with healthcare data platforms and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and optimization of models to ensure accuracy and reliability in healthcare settings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for ML integration in product development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in machine learning, AI, and healthcare innovations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production-quality models and systems.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and others.
• Strong proficiency in Python, and experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and working with structured/unstructured healthcare datasets (clinical data, medical images, EHR, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for model deployment and data storage.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, and experience working in regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical findings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with deep learning models for medical image analysis (e.g., CNNs for radiology imaging).
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) for working with unstructured medical text data (e.g., electronic health records).
• Familiarity with ML deployment frameworks like TensorFlow Serving, MLflow, or Kubernetes.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
