Role Overview

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) Tech Lead will be a key individual contributor within the Engineering Practice. You will work at the intersection of Data Science and Software Engineering with exposure to Data Engineering on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This role is embedded in the Gaming AI Squad, where you will provide technical expertise and mentor less experienced team members, ensuring the capability uplift of ML Engineering across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines and solutions on GCP.
Partner with MLE Chapter Lead & Technical Leads to set objectives and drive strategic improvements.
Ensure adherence to Agile & Scrum principles within the squad.
Coach junior and mid-level ML Engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Stay updated with industry trends and leverage cutting-edge ML techniques to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Cyber Security, and Business Partners, to integrate ML models into business applications.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 4+ years in Machine Learning Engineering or Software Engineering, with a solid understanding of the ML lifecycle.
✅ Proven expertise in designing ML solution architectures.
✅ Experience with GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Composer, Cloud Run, GCS).
✅ Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, DBT, Airflow.
✅ Hands-on experience in API development and ML model deployment.
✅ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for ML.
✅ Experience handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with compliance and security in mind.

Preferred Qualifications

Retail industry experience or experience working with gaming-related AI solutions.
Expertise in Vertex AI Pipelines.
Strong CI/CD and DevOps knowledge for ML models.
Passionate about mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
