Job Description
We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist with expertise in ML, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of ML/NLP experience and at least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, RAG, AI-driven agents).

We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist with expertise in ML, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of ML/NLP experience and at least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, RAG, AI-driven agents).
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc. ).
- Develop AI agents using CrewAI, LangChain, and AutoGPT.
- Build and enhance RAG pipelines with FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate.
- Work on NLP models (text classification, summarization, NER, etc. ).
- Stay updated with the latest in LLM :
- 4+ years in ML/NLP, 1+ year in LLMs.
- Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT, QLoRA).
- Hands-on with AI agents and RAG tools.
- Multi-modal AI (text-to-image, speech-to-text).
- Knowledge of contrastive learning, RLHF.
- Open-source contributions or AI publications.
