Job description

(Location : Nashik)

• Monitor physical Web servers (server load and uptime)
• Monitor service performance
• Monitor abusers (Determine patterns and suggest countermeasures)
• Deploy new servers (software level)
• Identify and fight unusual DDoS types
• Develop monitoring for subparts (FTP, LiteSpeed, Bitninja, CloudLinux OS, MySQL, MSSQL & R1Soft)
• Ask customers exact questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Help our Customer Success agents to analyze service problems from the client-side and advise them
• Interact with clients via different modes like phone, email or live chat to resolve the issue
• Systematically forward unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at a time
• Touch on optimization and automation tasks on multiple projects with available tools (Ansible)

Skills Required

• Experience with Linux, Windows and OS variants
• Experience with cPanel, Plesk and DirectAdmin
• Experience with critical web systems (Nginx, LiteSpeed, Apache, IIS, NodeJS, Tomcat)
• Experience with CMS like WordPress, Magento, Codeigniter
• Required to know how network technologies work (IPv4, IPv6, BGP, routing, bridging, proxies, firewalls)
• Required to understand and read email RFC, HTTP, DNS
• Required to understand and write scripts in Python, PHP, Bash, or other programming languages
• Advanced communication skills(written and verbal) in English
• A constant learner who is not afraid to take upon challenges
