Job Summary
Diadem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. - An ISO 27001 Certified Cloud Services Provider is hiring a Linux System Administrator to work from our Kolkata NOC at Sec - V, Salt Lake, Kolkata.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Client technical support experience over phone/email
- Proficient with Linux OS (CentOS 7/ Ubuntu)
- Able to install LAMP stack on a server with multi-domain hosting
- Hosting control panel knowledge like Plesk, Cpanel, PHPMyAdmin
- Linux mail server handling experience (postfix/dovecot/qmail)
- WordPress hosting and MySQL database management
- Working knowledge of HTML / PHP coding for troubleshooting.
- Understand and manage DNS records types including MX records, A records, etc.
- Can read and troubleshoot system from server logs
- Proactive customer support and prioritize issue resolution in a quick and efficient manner
- Awareness of best practices for server security and hardening, tuning, patching, optimization.
- Knowledge of virtualisation like KVM is preferred.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Systems Administration certification in Linux (RHCE preferred).
- Minimum 2 years Linux system administration experience is required.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently to resolve customer issues.
- Web Hosting Control panel software e.g. Plesk / CPanel.
- Able to respond to support issues on a 24 x 7 basis.
- Desire to learn and improve Sysadmin and DevOps skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in any public cloud platform like DO, AWS, Azure, Linode, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
