Lead Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an Performance Tester

• Experienced in Performance test tools Jmeter, LoadRunner and Monitoring tool - AppDynamics etc and protocols - Web – HTTP/HTML and Web Services
• Individual contributor
• Strong experience in API level performance engineering
• Own & take the e2e responsibility of performance testing & engineering.
• Interact with Business & Technology holders and gather Non-functional requirements write Performance testing & engineering.
• Strong in communication and trouble shooting skills"
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaborative efforts always
• Assist the Test Manager / Test Lead in managing day-to-day testing activities, such as test monitoring and status reporting at the end of the testing day
• Constant communication and follow-ups with various stake holders to track deliverables during test planning, preparation and execution phases as applicable.
• Send out daily status report with accurate execution and defect metrics to SM for the agreed cut off time set for the application release/project.
• Participate in project meetings to provide feedback and statistics of the project in relation to the test quality.
