What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting and implementing sophisticated web applications using cutting-edge libraries and development tools
• Pioneering serverless solutions with advanced AWS cloud-native patterns
• Guiding code quality through thoughtful reviews that uphold our technical standards, best practices, and customer expectations

Basic Requirements

Lead Software Engineer key responsibilities

• Proven track record with 4+ years building production-ready web applications across both frontend and backend domains (framework-agnostic)
• Demonstrated leadership as the primary technical contributor for a development team OR software product for at least 2 years

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
