Job Description
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven chatbots and conversational interfaces using the Kore AI platform , ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements , build chatbot flows, and integrate AI solutions with back-end systems and APIs .
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, including testing, debugging, and optimizing chatbot performance for improved user experience.
Analyze user interaction data to identify opportunities for enhancements and continuous improvements to chatbot functionalities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Kore AI features, tools , and industry best practices, driving innovation and ensuring high-quality chatbot deployments.
Primary Skils
- Proficient in developing AI-driven chatbots using the Kore AI platform and integrating with various business systems.
- Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational AI concepts for creating intelligent chatbot interactions.
- Experience with API integrations and connecting chatbots to external systems, CRMs, and databases.
- Expertise in debugging, testing , and optimizing chatbots to ensure high performance and seamless user experience.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor and enhance chatbot performance based on user interactions and feedback.
