Overview

Job Summary : We are looking for a technology leader with 6+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves tackling complex challenges, and has a proven track record of building and scaling successful SaaS platforms. Experience leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams is a must.

Responsibilities: ● Technical Leadership: ○ Lead, mentor, and guide a team of highly skilled software engineers. ○ Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback to team members. ○ Foster a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture. ○ Advocate for best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). ● Technical Architecture & Design: ○ Deeply understand and contribute to the architecture and design of our existing systems, including our Python/Django REST Framework backend, Next.js frontend, and Flutter mobile app. ○ Identify and implement technical improvements to our existing systems, such as performance optimizations, scalability enhancements, and security upgrades. ○ Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve our development process and product quality.

Infrastructure Management: ○ Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure (AWS EC2) and database (PostgreSQL). ○ Collaborate with DevOps to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of our production environment. ○ Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. ● Process & Standards: ○ Define and implement development processes, coding standards, and best practices across the engineering team. ○ Ensure adherence to quality standards and security best practices. ● Project Management: ○ Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development plans. ○ Estimate project timelines and manage project deliverables effectively. ○ Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.

Qualifications: ● Strong technical expertise: ○ Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer in a fast-paced environment. ○ Deep understanding of Python, Django REST Framework, and related technologies. ○ Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and SQL. ○ Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Next.js, React, or similar frameworks. ○ Familiarity with mobile development using Flutter or other cross-platform frameworks. ○ Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. ● Leadership & Communication: ○ Excellent leadership, mentorship, and communication skills. ○ Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. ○ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
