Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to be part of our engineering team and contribute to the development and execution of our technical strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background in JAVA/J2EE,Springboot and Microservices , a proven track record of successful team leadership, and a deep understanding of technology . The Principal Architect will play a crucial role in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the overall technical strategy aligned with business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within established timelines and budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between engineering and other departments.
- Technical Excellence: Drive a culture of technical excellence, quality, and best practices within the engineering team. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of priorities. Communicate engineering strategies, progress, and challenges to the executive team.
Job Requirement
- Requires 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with deep technical expertise in Software Product Engineering, including Java/J2EE, multithreading, data structures, Collections, OOP, synchronization, algorithms, and Microservices. Proficiency in Spring Boot, Node.js, React.js, and full-stack development is essential, along with experience in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, and tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, ELK, Kafka, Redis, and Kubernetes.
- Key Programming Skills: Java, J2EE with cutting edge technologies.
- High technical credibility - ability to audit technical decisions and push for the best solution to a problem.
- Experience building E2E Application right from backend database to persistent layer.
- Experience UI technologies Angular, react.js, Node.js or fullstack environment will be preferred.
- Experience with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, Dynamodb, etc.)
- Experience in developing Enterprise Software using Agile Methodology.
- Good understanding of Kafka, Redis, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Solr etc.
- SaaS cloud-based platform exposure.
- Ownership E2E design development and also quality enterprise product/application deliverable exposure.
- A track record of setting and achieving high standards.
- Strong understanding of modern technology architecture.
- Key Programming Skills: Java, J2EE with cutting edge technologies.
- Must have very hands on work experience on CORE JAVA concepts like multhreading, data structures, collections, OOPS,synchronization, Algorithm etc.
- Excellent team building, mentoring and coaching skills are a must-have
