We are looking for a Lead Software Developer

You’ll make a difference by:

• Strong proficiency in Java development (10+ years) with extensive experience in Spring Boot ecosystem, including Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful web services design principles or any message broker (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ etc.)
• Demonstrates strong capability to analyze business and technical requirements and transform them into scalable, robust architectural solutions and detailed technical designs.
• Experience with containerization (Docker)
• Proven experience in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns
• Strong background in database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
• Proficient in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment with proven ability to deliver within sprints
• Preferred Skills :
• Experience with Angular and TypeScript
• Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native development
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Experience with GitLab CI for continuous integration and deployment
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Background in product-based companies with experience in product releases
