Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to lead a team of developers, ensure high-quality coding standards, and drive the development of scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET, frontend, and backend technologies, along with leadership skills to manage and mentor a development team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure best coding practices
• Architect, develop, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay updated with modern development trends and integrate new technologies as needed

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in .NET, frontend (React/Angular/Blazor), and backend technologies
• Experience in architecting and optimizing applications
• Proficiency in database technologies like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a development team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
