Overview
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Lead Software Developer, you will be responsible for:
Define and organize the work to deliver strategic digital and cloud-based solutions backlog.- Support backlog of use cases and partner with internal cross functional teams to design and implement solutions.
- Carryout hands-on coding and testing as required.
- Interface and collaborate with other technical members in the team.

You demonstrated success in leading teams to design, implement and roll-out of AWS Cloud based solutions to support digitalization of medical device Applications or Customer Service tools for medical devices.- You have strong technology orientation and experience creating strategic digitalization solutions using Microsoft .NET, C# and C++
- You have expertise within Requirements Engineering.
- You have strong expertise with architecting designing and developing software applications.
- You are passionate about developing code and demonstrated on time delivery with quality.
- You are passionate about software testing and led teams to implemented risk based and Automation test strategies.
- Hands on experience with Azure DevOps build and release pipelines.
- You have excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation.
Required skills to have for the success of this role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience within Digitalization, Product Development, and Medical devices Platform Management role(s)
- Willing to travel up to 30%
