Key Responsibilities
- Python Backend Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python-based backend systems.
- Implement and integrate multi-processing solutions using Celery, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
- Build scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend architectures.
- Database Management:
- Work with MongoDB, MySQL, and other database technologies to design and optimize data models.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and performance across multiple data sources.
- Web Services and APIs:
- Develop RESTful APIs, focusing on clean, well-documented, and easy-to-use web services.
- Ensure smooth integration of data from multiple sources and third-party APIs.
- Software Design & Troubleshooting:
- Follow strong software design methodologies to deliver robust solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to backend systems and performance.
- Collaboration and Mentorship:
- Mentor and guide junior developers to improve technical skills and coding standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate backend solutions with frontend systems.
- Version Control & CI/CD:
- Utilize version control systems such as GIT, BitBucket, or SVN to manage code repositories.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Technical Expertise:
- 7-9 years of IT experience with a focus on Python backend development.
- Strong proficiency with Python, Pandas, and multi-processing frameworks like Celery, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
- Extensive experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating data from external systems.
- Expertise in database technologies like MongoDB and MySQL.
- Software Design & Troubleshooting:
- Proven experience in building data-driven applications with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Version Control:
- Hands-on experience with version control systems like GIT, BitBucket, or SVN.
- Mentoring:
- Ability to mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and problem-solving.
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning:
- Exposure to AI/ML and Natural Language Processing techniques, frameworks, and libraries.
- DevOps & Containerization:
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
- Front-End Technologies:
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, and how backend integrates with front-end applications.
- API Integration:
- Experience in integrating multiple data sources, databases, and external vendor APIs into a unified system.
