Lead Python Developer

We are looking for Lead Python Developer to join a team responsible for critical business applications and services. This role involves delivering text, images, and video content to publishers and broadcasters via the Internet and satellite, as well as providing web-scale hosted content for digital publishers. You will work on various components of these applications, focusing on search engine technology based on semantic meaning.

Your tasks

• Developing and maintaining Python-based applications and services for content delivery to publishers and broadcasters
• Focusing on the development of search technologies using semantic understanding
• Collaborating with team members to build and optimize search tools
• Implementing new features and optimizing existing system components
• Testing, debugging, and integrating applications with various content distribution systems
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to application functionality
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Proficiency in English
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially in an international environment
• Experience with search technologies (e.g., OpenSearch, ElasticSearch) is preferred
• Knowledge of large-scale content distribution systems is an asset
