Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Python/Django Developer with strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript to lead the development of Network Management Systems (NMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring seamless frontend-backend integration, and leading a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of NMS applications using Python (Django) and React.js.

Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications.

Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to integrate with the frontend.

Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and testing.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest trends in web technologies and network management solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant domain.

5+ years of experience in Python/Django development.

Prior experience in a technical lead or team lead role.

Strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).

Experience with NMS (Network Management Systems) and related technologies.

Experience with databases like MySQL, or MongoDB.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
