Job Title: Lead Python API Developer

Hyderabad Onsite Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Python API Developer to join our team. This role will focus on building and managing high-performance APIs while also leading a team of developers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Python, object-oriented programming, and API development, along with experience in system design, CI/CD pipelines, and project management. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and optimization of Python-based APIs. Utilize Object-Oriented programming principles to create modular, maintainable, and scalable code. Ensure the delivery of high-quality APIs through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and robust deployment processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs into the broader system architecture. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Drive the architecture and system design of complex backend solutions. Manage projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the APIs are performing at scale. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in API development. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on building APIs in Python. Expertise in Object-Oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns. Extensive experience with building, delivering, and maintaining APIs in a production environment. Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance with automated testing frameworks. Proven experience in system design and architectural decision-making. Previous experience as a tech lead, managing projects and guiding development teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹407,554.53 - ₹1,764,971.79 per year
