We are seeking a Lead Java Software Engineer with expertise in Java, AWS, and Microservices to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading development projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the development team in the design and implementation of Java-based software solutions
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Manage AWS environments, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Drive end-to-end development projects from initial concept to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and integrate solutions
• Ensure adherence to enterprise design patterns and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance
• Proactively learn and implement new technologies and frameworks
• Communicate effectively with global teams to facilitate project progress

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in software development
• Proficiency in Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot
• Expertise in AWS
• Background in delivering end-to-end development projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and debugging capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of enterprise design patterns
• Capability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Confidence and resourcefulness when facing challenges
