Offshore Horizon is hiring on behalf of a prominent U.S.-based offshore development company.

We are looking for a skilled Lead JAVA Developer proficient in Core JAVA, Microservices, and Spring Boot to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead developers, create robust applications, and ensure project success by following coding standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and guide JAVA developers in the software development lifecycle.
- Create, maintain, and scale secure applications using Core JAVA, Microservices, and Spring Boot.
- Design microservices solutions for scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, conduct reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated on JAVA industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Understanding of OOPS concepts, Design Patterns, and Data Structures.
- Bonus: Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
