Lead IT Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IT Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, with specific expertise in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Office 365. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT systems to ensure seamless operations and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure primarily on End User Computing side, servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device management, ensuring all devices are compliant with company policies and security standards.
• Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Ensure IT systems are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations. Implement security measures and conduct regular audits.
• Lead and participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues. Resolve complex technical problems.
• Lead 1-2 junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Certified in Microsoft Intune Administration & Microsoft 365 Administration. Minimum 2+ years hands on experience with Microsoft Intune Administration & Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Experience with various aspect of end user computing – hardware or software.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and cloud services.
• Flexibility with work time as we support multiple geographies from India.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Hunger for learning new things.
