Lead iOS Developer

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead iOS Developer with 10+ years of progressive software development experience in Swift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building, leading, and delivering complex iOS applications using modern tech stacks. You will play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of complex iOS applications from architecture to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Develop, test, and maintain iOS applications with clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Utilize modern tech stacks and best coding practices to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Work on database management systems like MongoDB and integrate with Google Cloud Platform services.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Concourse to streamline development and deployment.
• Lead and coordinate multi-team projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in iOS development using Swift.
• 5+ years of experience working in organizations with a strong engineering execution culture.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex projects involving multiple frontend and backend components.
• 3+ years of experience in building complete iOS apps, including architecture and technical design.
• Strong experience with MongoDB and Google Cloud Platform services.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Concourse for continuous integration and deployment.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including test-driven development (TDD) and best coding practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively understand requirements and explain technical concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
