- Python (expert level)
- AWS (including EC2, RDS, SES, S3, Lambda)
- CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment)
- Jenkins
- Github
- SQL (ability to write and optimize queries)
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in Python
- Strong DevOps knowledge (Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline)
- Visual Studio Code
- Agile Methodology (Scrum, Jira)
- Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Software Design Patterns
- Mentorship experience (guiding junior developers)
- Experience with Python Lambda Functions in AWS
- Banking and Financial Domain experience
- Experience migrating applications across different tech stacks
- Familiarity with Scrum and Jira for project management
- Knowledge of Unit Tests and Integration Tests
- Data-driven decision-making and experimentation mindset
- Design, build, and deploy solutions for the business unit.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of software solutions.
- Implement process and technical improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and foster growth within the team.
- Contribute across multiple layers of the stack, from back-end to deployment.
- Collaborate on data-driven decision-making.
- Engage in Agile processes, ensuring quality delivery using Scrum.
- Expert level Python developer with solid AWS experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement technical and non-technical improvements.
- A good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
