Job Title: D365 Business Analyst / Product Owner
Location: Mumbai, Pune

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced D365 Business Analyst / Product Owner to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and ensure the successful delivery of Customer Engagement (CE), or other D365 modules that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE), or other modules.
Product Ownership:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Solution Design & Implementation:
- Work with technical teams to design, configure, and implement D365 solutions that optimize business processes.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automation within D365 to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, developers, and end-users to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
Testing & UAT Coordination:
- Support system testing, UAT, and training activities to facilitate successful deployment.
Change Management:
- Drive the adoption of new features, enhancements, and best practices across the organization.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 - 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or other modules).
- Strong understanding of business processes, ERP/CRM functionalities, and Dynamics 365 configurations.
- Experience working in Agile environments with backlog management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, integrations, workflows, and automation in D365.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and requirement documents.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-500).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data integration tools for D365.
