Job Title: Sr. Java Developer

Hiring Location: Mumbai, Gurugram, Chennai

Experience Range: 10+ years

Must-Have Skills:

• Data mapping, data analysis, and working with large datasets/data warehouses
• Strong application development experience using JAVA, C++
• Expertise in Azure Databricks, ADLS2, Azure Data Explorer, EventHub
• Experience with application containerization (Docker, Helm charts) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, CI/CD)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in handling big data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with Cosmos DB
• Knowledge of different data structures, algorithms, and business problem-solving techniques
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Work iteratively to map data into common formats, perform advanced data analysis, validate findings, and communicate results.
• Provide recommendations on data optimization to enhance search accuracy and improve existing data insights.
• Effectively communicate technical information with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including third-party vendors and external customers.
• Collaborate with team members and actively participate in regular team meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data mapping, data analysis, and working with large datasets.
• Strong ability to analyze and evaluate big data to make well-reasoned recommendations for stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to various audiences, including senior and executive management.
• Proven ability to set, communicate, and achieve business objectives while managing multiple priorities effectively.
