- Programming: Core Java (1.8 or higher)
- Frameworks: Spring Framework, Spring Boot (Rest API/Microservices)
- Web Services: SOAP/REST, JMS
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD & Version Control: Jenkins, Git, Gradle, SonarQube, JUnit
- Database: RDBMS (Oracle)
- API Development: Open API specifications using Swagger
- Architecture: Microservices, Design Patterns
- Development Practices: Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Agile methodologies
- Enterprise integration patterns (ESB, API Gateway)
- Monitoring tools (Kibana, Splunk, Grafana)
- Kafka
- Custom framework/library development
- Performance monitoring
- Payment industry experience
- Onshore/Offshore business model experience
- Translate functional requirements into scalable and efficient designs.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Define and enforce best practices and development standards.
- Identify and implement reusable patterns and accelerators.
- Develop new frameworks, utilities, and libraries as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Lead a team of senior and junior developers in onshore/offshore environments.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
