Lead I - Python Developer

Job Summary

Preferred location: Kochi & Trivandrum (Other locations are also fine)

Shift: UK shift

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop new features for a reporting web application built with Python and React.

• Participate in the data ingestion processes using Python and SQL.

• Work closely with the analyst, test and support teams to understand and deliver the requirement

• Support the full project lifecycle through to implementation and production support Mandatory

• Proven experience as a Python Web Developer, with a focus on data.

• Strong proficiency in Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask.

• Experience with any modern front-end technology frameworks(React, Angular, Vue).

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Experience with Docker.

• Ability to write SQL queries to interrogate and extract data from a SQL database

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Good all round technical knowledge to help find the best solution to a requirement

• Able to engage with stakeholders in both Business and Technology Desirable

• Familiar with React.

• Familiar with MATLAB.

• Solid understanding of mathematical concepts and algorithms

• Airflow orchestration

• Multi-disciplined and able to provide support throughout SDLC

• Capable of balancing timely delivery against strategic development
