Role description
Experience Range: 5 - 10 years
Location: Chennai
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience in designing, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bamboo, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, PowerShell, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in integrating CI/CD pipelines with code quality/test analysis tools like SonarCloud.
- Experience in integrating build/deployment pipelines with test automation tools such as Selenium, Jest.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Linux/Shell, Perl, Groovy, PowerShell, NodeJS.
- Experience in infrastructure automation using Ansible, Puppet, Chef, PowerShell.
- Proficiency in repository management/migration automation with Git, GitLab, GitHub.
- Experience in build automation tools like Maven, Gradle, NPM.
- Experience in artifact repository management using Nexus, Artifactory.
- Experience in configuring and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Setting up and managing Jira projects and Git repositories.
- Skilled in containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes.
Good to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of software security compliance standards (GDPR, OWASP) and security tools such as Blackduck, Veracode, Checkmarx.
- Understanding of installation, configuration, build, and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of IaaS cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their associated toolsets.
- Expertise in build and release processes, including branching and merging strategies.
