Must-Have Skills
- Business Analysis with 5+ years of experience
- Strong SQL skills for report UAT, report creation, and data analysis
- Healthcare Insurance, Data Analysis, SQL and Reporting experience.
- Data Analysis and Reporting experience
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft desktop applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ability to attend offshore, onsite, and client meetings as required
- Work in overlap hours with the onshore team (typically 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM local time).
- Experience with data migration projects
- Understanding of healthcare data, source systems, and business needs
- Experience with integration of various downstream systems
- Healthcare background preferred
- Work closely with key stakeholders to document business goals and objectives for new projects.
- Prepare detailed requirement specifications in the form of user stories or functional requirement documents for development teams.
- Participate in agile software development processes as a proxy for the process owner role, facilitating progress, answering questions, and providing detailed requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to produce documentation such as project status updates, roadmaps, and release plans.
- Work with QA Analysts to develop test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Support project delivery by coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training plans with the user community.
- Assist with end-user training as needed.
- Night shifts may be required based on project needs and deadlines.

- Be flexible in work hours to ensure alignment with team schedules.
