About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend Software Engineer to take ownership of our frontend architecture and development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies, and a proven track record in building scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires hands-on development with Vue.js and GraphQL while also providing technical guidance and mentorship to the frontend team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and architecture of frontend applications using Vue.js and GraphQL.

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend solutions.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to build seamless user experiences.

• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvements.

• Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends and technologies and implement them where appropriate.

• Work in an agile environment with a focus on delivering high-quality software efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior role.

• Strong expertise in Vue.js

• Proficiency in GraphQL

• Experience working with component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns.

• Experience optimizing performance and handling large-scale applications.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Strong understanding of security best practices in frontend development.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
