Primary Responsibilities:

• Adherence to the defined SSMO delivery process/guidelines like Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Compliance, productivity and other application goals, etc.
• Ensure a smooth and error free release. Ensuring defect free releases to enhance existing functionality
• Work with business partners to ensure appropriate prioritization for scheduled maintenance, including coordination of priorities across applications when required
• Coordinate with development team and ensure a smooth and error free release. Ensuring defect free releases to enhance existing functionality
• Ensure solutions align with business and IT goals/objectives
• Identify enhancements to improve supportability, operability, or performance of applications within the application group and develop a business case to support these enhancements
• Understand new product capabilities and break down their implementation into specific functional changes for verification
• Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from recognized University
• 12+ years of experience on DataBricks, Scala and Cloud technologies
• Experience in designing and developing cloud based applications
• Experience on optimizing Infra cost of application and streamline the process
• Real time experience in modernizing legacy application to moder tech stack
• Solid experience in working with Databricks, including its architecture, features, and capabilities
• Working experience with tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, or Azure Bicep for provisioning and managing infrastructure
• Knowledge on Medispan, E-prescribing process related formulary coverage and alternative
• Knowledge on integrating formularies with multiple downstream/upstream applications
• Solid Formulary domain knowledge related to formulary Drug relationship, type, Expansion process, Rule set mappings and network setup
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools like Azure Boards for project management, Azure Repos for version control, Azure Test Plans for test management, and Azure Artifacts for package management
• Source Control: Familiarity with Git and experience with source control management using Git repositories
• Proficiency in working with various Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Boards, Azure Artifacts, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, etc.
• Jenkins: Proficiency in setting up and configuring Jenkins, including installing plugins, creating and managing build jobs, and integrating with source control systems and other tools
• Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate tasks and build deployment pipelines
• Expertise on Integration of Claim Adjudication with Formulary System
