We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our infrastructure and deployment processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and quality assurance, to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of software products. Your expertise in automation, cloud technologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines will be instrumental in optimizing our development and deployment workflows.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and IAC (Infra as code, esp. TERRAFORM scripts)
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software build, deployment, and release processes. Looking for experience working with Jenkins, gitHub Actions tools
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize code delivery and implement best practices for version control, branching, and code merging
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, identifying and resolving performance and availability issues
• Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for scalable and reliable deployments. Looking for extensive hands-on experience on kubernetes
• Automate and streamline operational processes, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency
• Collaborate with network engineers to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure. Looking for hands-on experience with hybrid cloud networking
• Implement and manage monitoring and logging tools to proactively identify and address issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in DevOps practices and technologies, and share knowledge and insights with the team
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior DevOps engineers, fostering their growth and development
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies, such as Docker, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of networking and security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and SSL/TLS
• Solid scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions
• Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualification:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
