Lead Data Analyst (Mobile & Web Analytics)

Role Overview:

The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for monitoring product performance across mobile and web platforms, generating actionable insights, and presenting reports to top management. You will work with large datasets, build dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Track and analyze user engagement, retention, and conversion metrics for mobile and web applications.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards for top management to assess product performance.
• Provide insights into customer behavior, feature adoption, and revenue impact.
• Develop custom KPIs to measure the success of new product launches.

Tools & Technologies:

• Work with Google Analytics, Firebase, Power BI, SQL, and Python/R for data analysis.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and data visualization tools.
• Implement event tracking and A/B testing to measure feature impact.

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Work closely with product managers, marketing, and development teams to improve user experience.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data trends.
• Present findings and strategic reports to executives and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, Firebase, and data visualization tools.
• Experience analyzing mobile and web app performance metrics.
• Background in fintech, banking, or investment platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of Islamic finance and ethical investing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
